Jess & Kane had a beautiful wedding at the Hidden River Cabins, in Carlisle, Cumbria. The log cabins make for a beautiful setting on the side of the river with a discreet, intimate wedding venue. Situated 20 minutes from Carlisle, between the Lake District and Scotland, Hidden River Cabins offer accommodation for up to 62 people therefore making us the perfect choice.
A Secluded log cabin setting with breathtaking scenery and spectacular views. Set in a beautiful untouched corner of the Cumbrian countryside with miles of private river bank and hundreds of acres of ancient woodland. You can enjoy a full weekend of festivities around the wedding.
Jess and her bridal party got ready in the house on site, before moving down to the large wedding venue log cabin. The ceremony room is beautifully lit with large windows letting light flood into the room. After this the couple moved downstairs to enjoy the drinks receptions with their guests.
The Hidden River Cabins make for a great setting for a little walk with the couple for some more bespoke wedding photography. However the weather didn't play along that day, though this didn't darken the couples spirits. A quick walk in the pouring rain around the Hidden River Cabins gave us everything we need.
