Victoria & Sion shared their special weekend at the Downs Prepatory School in Clifton. Starting on the Friday evening with Line Dancing and food, they did a Saturday morning Park Run before coffee and pastries. I headed to the hair salon to join the bridal party which was where the official wedding photography began. Though I had been shooting the line dancing the evening before.
After the hair had been finished we moved back to the brides family home to shoot make up and getting into the dress. Alongside some short shots of the bridal party before the car arrived. I then headed to the ceremony to shoot the guests arriving and make sure the wedding photography had some shots of the groom getting ready.
The ceremony ended with confetti cannons before drinks on the lawn. This was a great opportunity to capture some guests raw emotions before shooting the official ceremony in a treehouse nearby. This was witnessed by only two other people keeping it a very small service. We then returned to the lawn of the Downs Prepatory School to capture more of the day. Before group shots and another speech by the mother of the bride.
In the evening there was a conga to the cutting of the cake, fireworks and the first dance. This proceeded into the evening with a great band to keep the guests lively and dancing. I stayed until midnight to make sure I shot the sparkler send off at midnight.
